TRF - The Resurrection Fighters - Privacy policy

This policy explains in detail how “TRF - The Resurrection Fighters” along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter “the Board”) and phpBB Group use any information collected during any session of usage by you.

  • Scope and form of the data storage


    1. Your data are collected in two different ways:
      1. phpBB creates several Cookies during you visit our board. Cookies are small text files, which your browser puts down as temporary files. Two of these Cookies contain a unique user number (user id.) as well as an anonymous session number (session ID), which is assigned to you automatically by phpBB. As soon as you are visiting the topics of the board a third Cookie is stored in order to save information about the contributions read by you in order to mark unread contributions.
      2. Further data are collected by transmission of these data to the operator. This concerns - without requirement on completeness - for example contributions, which are provided as a guest, data, those in the context of the registration to be seized and the messages provided by you after your registration. Your user account consists at least of a unique user name, a password for registration with this account and a personal and valid email address.
    2. Your password is stored with a single use coded key (Hash), so that it is safe. However it is recommended to you not to use this password on a variety of web pages. The password is your key to your user account for the board, therefore deal with it carefully. In particular no representative of the board, the phpBB Group or any third-party will ask you for your password. If you should have forgotten your password, then you can make use of the possibility to get a new password by using „I forgot my password “. The phpBB software query for your user name and your email address and afterwards sends a generated password to this address, with which you then can access the board.

  • Permission of the data storage


    1. ou permit the operator to store data which are entered by you in the context of the registration as well as current access data (date and time of the use, IP address and the further data conveyed by your browser).

  • Regulations concerning the circulation your data


    1. The operator will circulate these data to third-parties only with your agreement, as far he is not obligated to pass these data due to legal regulations or for the penetration of legal interests.
    2. You take note that your data indicated by your profile and the data of your contributions - depending upon configuration - are available in the Internet and with that are visible by everyone.

  • Permission for establishing contact


    1. You permit the operator beyond that to contact you under the contact information indicated by you as long this is for the transmission of central information about the board. Furthermore you permit that the operator as well as other users may contact you, if you have permitted this in appropriate place.

  • Area of application of this guideline


    1. This guideline covers only the range of the board sides, which are covered by phpBB software. If the operator processes further personal data within other ranges of its software, you will be separately be informed about it.

  • Right of access


    1. The operator on request gives you information about which data are stored over you.
    2. You can require the deletion and/or blockage of your data at any time. Please contact the operator for this.
